PURCHASE OF MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE FOR MDRRMC & EOC OPERATIONS

1. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Fe, through the TRUST LIABILITIES - LDRRMF - 2023 (SUPPLEMENTAL 2024) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and Ten Centavos Only (Php1, 543, 442.10) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE FOR MDRRMC & EOC OPERATIONS (BDG-2025-006R). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Fe now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 (Thirty) Days. Bidders should have completed, within 15 (Fifteen) Day from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
