1. The Municipality of Guipos, through the Budget Approved by Sanguniang Bayan of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 250, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2026- 00003: PURCHASE OF MULTI FUNCTIONAL PRINTER at Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Guipos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days from February 09, 2026- March 11, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
