The Central Ostrobothnia welfare area is calling for an offer for transfer shelves suitable for the archive and their installation. The target date for the installation is July 2026. Moving shelves will be purchased for three spaces. We require a plan for the placement of the shelves from the supplier to the premises as efficiently as possible, so as to get as many shelf meters as possible. More detailed dimensions in the bottom picture. Attached is a bottom picture of which, the parts with which appear darkened shelves are being acquired. The bottom picture shows three separate archive rooms that are connected to each other. The dark and light area are one unified space. The dark area needs new shelves and the white area currently has transfer shelves and others furniture. When placing the shelves, you must take into account the existing shelves and furniture in the premises so that you can walk everywhere. New shelves must be built around pillars and other structures located in the dark area. Portable shelves must be suitable for archiving patient files.
