The LGU - GABALDON through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Purchase of Mountain Bike use for Brigada Bisikleta for elementary learners of Gabaldon” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
