Description : The Barangay Estaca of Compostela, Cebu, through the Approved Sangguniangl intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 130, 000.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Motorcycle service of Barangay Estaca, Compostela, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Estaca of Compostela, Cebu now invites bids for Motorcycle of
Barangay, Estaca, Compostela, Cebu.2 Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section Il. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
