Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of monthly tickets enabling students to be transported to educational institutions in the Rajgrd commune in the 2026/2027 school year in order to fulfill the school obligation specified in Art. 32 section 5 and art. 39 section 3 of the Act of 14 December 2016 Education Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 820)2. A monthly ticket guarantees the student travel from the bus stop in the town of residence to the bus stop at the school in the Rajgrd commune and travel from the bus stop at the school to the bus stop in place of residence.3. Transport/return of students based on personal monthly tickets to educational institutions will be carried out in regular (publicly available) transport on school days according to the timetable established by the Contractor in consultation with Ordering party. The timetable should provide for a number of trips that ensure at least transportation of students from the starting stops located in the student's place of residence to educational institutions and transportation of students from educational institutions to stops located in students' place of residence after completing classes.4.
