34" monitors - 50 pcs. 65" monitors - 6 pcs. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of monitors, divided into the following tasks: Task No. 1 - 34” monitors, 50 pcs. Task no. 2 - 65” monitors, 6 pcs. Detailed description of the subject of the order contains Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right pursuant to Art. 441 section 1 Pzp, in terms of increasing the number of equipment by: - 50 pcs. 34" monitors as part of task no. 1; - 6 pcs. 65" monitors as part of the task No. 2. on the following terms: 1) the ordering party may exercise the option right once or more than once until the maximum number of option rights in each task is exhausted; 2) the order implemented under the option is a unilateral right of the ordering party, therefore, failure to exercise the option right by the ordering party does not constitute a basis for the contractor to pursue any claims against the ordering party; 3) the order covered by the option right will be completed within 10 business days from the date the ordering party submits a written declaration on the exercise of the option right, including the quantity of the Equipment under the option right. 4) the conditions for the execution of an order covered by the option right will be the same as those applicable to the execution basic order, including delivery date and unit prices. 5) the ordering party reserves the right to exercise the option within 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
