The Ostrobothnian Welfare Area (Subscriber) requests tenders for the organization of the Disability Services Act, the Social Welfare Act and the Special Care Act. The welfare area is applying for an overall solution where the service provider is responsible for both transportation and transportation of transportationEsta throughout the wellness area 24/7/365. The service includes reception of travel orders, combining travel, transmission of travel orders, arranging transport services, and monitoring and reporting the service process to the customer. The service is bilingual in Finnish and Swedishwith. More detailed service description in the Annuality 1.

Based on the procurement procedure, one service provider is selected to implement the services needed by the subscriber.

The purpose of transport services is to promote self-employment, equality and opportunities for people with severe disabilities. As a starting point on that people with disabilities have similar, equal opportunities for movement as other residents. The minimum requirements for the service and the aptitude requirements for the service provider can be found in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
