The contract for the public procurement will be for a duration of two years or until its valuable use, but not longer than 730 days. The subject of the procurement is indivisible because it is the procurement of the same type of service. The contracting authority disclaims any obligation and responsibility in case of incomplete fulfillment of the procurement in accordance with the contract concluded with the selected bidder. The contracting authority will conclude a contract in the amount of the estimated value according to the Decision on Public Procurement, unless it decides otherwise, i.e. no made a decision on annulment if the conditions according to Article 114 of the PPL have been met. The public procurement contract will be awarded without using an electronic auction. If the bidders offered the same prices and conditions, a public procurement contract will be concluded with the bidder who first submitted a bid through ESJN.
