Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of mobile power generators with a power of at least 100 kW.2. The Ordering Party requires that the equipment delivered as part of the subject of the order be put into operation on the day of its delivery.3. The Contractor is obliged to agree on the date and time of delivery with the Ordering Party the subject of the order, taking into account the Ordering Party's working hours.4. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order personally and to take part in its commissioning in order to determine any damage or shortcomings in delivery.5. Goods delivered by the Contractor that are non-compliant with the description of the subject of the order is considered missing.6. If it is found that the Contractor delivers damaged goods or fails to deliver them, he is obliged to deliver them at his own expense on the next business day to the Ordering Party's office.7. Each element of delivery under this procedure it should be brand new, have no traces of use, and have the original packaging.8.
