Tender Details

The Ordering Party orders, and the Contractor undertakes, the sale and delivery of mobile power generators together with the installation of connections to the indicated buildings (i.e.: School and Kindergarten Complex of the Public Primary School in Kamiesk (Kamiesk, ul. Sportowa 8), Complex School and Kindergarten in Gorzdów (Gorzdw, ul. Jzefa Adamowskiego 7), Secondary School Complex in Kamiesk (Kamiesk, ul. Szkolna 4), Independent Public Health Care Center in Kamiesk (Kamiesk, ul. Wieluska 23)) for the purposes of carrying out its own tasks local government unit related to population protection and civil defense. A detailed description of the scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 7 to this SWZ. The subject matter of the order must be original, professional and brand new, high quality, functional, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and third party claims, not used, not for exhibition purposes, not for demonstration purposes. The delivered item of the order must comply with current standards and has the required documents, e.g. approvals, certificates, national technical assessments, declarations of conformity...
