Purchase of mobile phones (MTEL26) Public procurement procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement on the National Communications and Information Technology Council, as well as the Digital Government Agency Private Limited Company and the government IT Organizations subject to the scope of centralized public procurement according to Government Decree 301/2018 (XII. 27.) on the centralized public procurement system of procurements (hereinafter: DKÜ Decree) or organizations that have voluntarily joined the framework agreement (the hereinafter together: relevant organizations) defined categories [Android; Android with superior hardware and software security; push button; water-, dust- and shock-resistant (VPÜ)] regarding the purchase and delivery of mobile phones (MTEL26). If with regard to the given procurement request - to be implemented at the expense of the Affected Organization's own resources or other (non-European Union) support - the Kbt. The estimated value calculated without the application of Section 19 (3) reaches or exceeds the HUF 5, 000, 000 net, i.e. five million HUF net, then the competition will be reopened based on the framework agreement [Kbt. 105. § (2) par. point b)] is mandatory. If the given - the Affected Organization's own resources or other (non-EU sources derived) to be implemented at the expense of support - in relation to the procurement request, the Kbt.
