Public procurement procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement on the National Communications and Information Technology Council, as well as the Digital Government Agency Private Limited and centralized public procurement of government IT procurement 301/2018 (XII. 27.) on the system of Government Decree 301/2018 (hereinafter referred to as: DKÜ Decree) organizations subject to the scope of centralized public procurement or voluntarily joining the framework agreement (hereinafter together: affected organizations) categories defined for [Android; Android with superior hardware and software security; push button; water-, dust- and shock-resistant (VPÜ)] regarding the purchase and delivery of mobile phones (MTEL26). If given - the Affected Organization's own source or other support (from non-European Union sources) - in relation to the procurement request, the Kbt. The estimated value calculated without the application of § 19, paragraph (3) reaches or exceeds HUF 5, 000, 000 net, i.e. net value limit of five million forints, then reopening the competition based on the framework agreement [Cbt. 105. § (2) par. point b)] is mandatory. If applicable - at the expense of the Affected Organization's own resources or other (non-European Union) support to be implemented - in relation to the procurement request, the Kbt.
