1) The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the Gen. Fund -under the Office of the MO intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only and 00/100 (Php299, 950.00), Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of MO Gasoline, Oil & Lubricants with Project ID No. 2026-19-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening..
2) The Municipality of Magdiwang, now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
