1 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new 9-seater minibus adapted to transport disabled people, including people in wheelchairs. The vehicle must have at least 8 passenger seats and 1 parking space driver and wheelchair mounting system.2 The car must meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads and approved in accordance with the Road Traffic Act and applicable legal acts and was performed in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, consolidated text) and has a certificate of approval as a passenger car intended for the transport of disabled persons issued by a statutorily authorized body.3 The car must be complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects to which they are not entitled third parties and who are not the subject of any proceedings or security.4 A detailed description and method of order fulfillment can be found in...
