Tender Details

Purchase of a new minibus within the framework of a lease agreement with the provision of related fleet management services for the University of Pecs.

The offeror must provide the following fleet management services for the leased vehicle during the duration of the contract:

- Administration of insurances (CASCO, compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance, GAP insurance)

- Comprehensive insurance administration for claimsese

- Provision of maintenance and service services

- Provision of a replacement car

- Organization of winter-summer tire changes, maintenance and repair of tires

- Assistance service

- Electronic permit entitling you to an unlimited number of trips on Hungarian highways

The vehicle leased by the bidder has the sduring the entire duration of the contract, it must comply with the provisions of the legislation listed below:

- 5/1990 on the technical inspection of road vehicles. (IV. 12.) KoeHEM decree.

- 6/1990 on the technical conditions for putting road vehicles into circulation and keeping them in circulation. (ARC.12.) KoeHEM decree.

- 1/1990 on the personal and material conditions of the vehicle maintenance activity. (IX. 29.) KHVM decree.

- The tires must comply with the 6/1990. (IV.12.) in the KoeHEM decree and the labeling of tires in terms of fuel efficiency and other relevant parameters...
