4.5. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the Occupational Therapy Workshop in Rozopy of a new minibus for transporting people with disabilities, meeting the minimum requirements specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - OPZ. The subject of the order will serve as a means of transporting participants to therapeutic classes. 1) The subject of the order must be a brand new, unused minibus (it cannot be previously registered), year of production: 2026, free from physical and legal defects. 2) The contractor is obliged to provide a mechanical warranty for the vehicle for a minimum period of 24 months without a kilometer limit. 3) Contractor is obliged to provide, together with the vehicle, an extract from the EC type-approval certificate or vehicle type-approval certificate, confirming that the offered vehicle is brand new and meets the technical requirements necessary for its registration as a special vehicle or intended for the transport of disabled persons. in accordance with applicable road traffic regulations.4) Compliance of the vehicle with new regulations regarding the adaptation of wheelchairs.
