Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of a brand new minibus vehicle for transporting up to 9 people including the driver, intended for the transport of rescuers, with a permissible total weight of up to 3, 500 kg, meeting the requirements of a fire brigade vehicle, along with equipment. The subject of the order is described in detail in: 1) the contract template constituting an annex to the SWZ, 2) a description of the subject of the order - constituting an annex to the SWZ. The Ordering Party, acting pursuant to Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, waives the obligation to include it in the description the subject of the order requires accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users. Justification: nature of the subject of the order - a special firefighting vehicle intended exclusively for transporting Volunteer Fire Department rescuers - makes the application of requirements regarding accessibility for disabled people unjustified.
