1. Part I - Purchase of mineral-bituminous mass with a grain size of 0-11 mm1. Wearing layer for traffic KR2 ex works plant for partial renovations of asphalt surfaces located in the Kronie County. The subject of the order is the purchase of mass mineral-bituminous with a grain size of 0-11 mm confirmed by the declaration of parameters. 2. Maximum quantity of the subject of the order: 200 tons 3. The mineral and bituminous mass will be collected from landfills within a maximum radius of 30 km from the headquarters of the Road and Bridge District in Dukla, 38-450 Dukla, ul. Hungarian Route 2. Collection of the mineral and bituminous mass will take place after prior telephone arrangement. 4. The amount of each purchase of the subject of the order and the dates of their receipt will be determined each time by the Ordering Party and take place will be as needed by the Ordering Party and depending on the prevailing weather conditions.5.
