The subject of the order is the supply of a license in the form of a subscription for a period of 36 months for Microsoft software or equivalent. A detailed description of the subject of the order, terms and conditions as well as the scope and requirements for the implementation of the order have been provided specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party envisages using the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Conditions execution of the order under the options were described in the OPZ and in the PPU.
