Purchase of an MFA multi-factor authentication system 1. Order name: Purchase of an MFA multi-factor authentication system. 2. The subject of the order is*: 2.1. Execution of the Technical Design by the Contractor along with the transfer of copyrights property rights to the Technical Design and derivative rights; 2.2. Delivery to the System Ordering Party's Location and delivery of detailed license and subscription terms for the Software (specified by the Software manufacturer) confirming the purchase of the license and subscriptions to the Software and their granting by the Software manufacturer; 2.3. Performing installation and implementation services in accordance with the Technical Design approved by the Ordering Party; 2.4. Preparation of As-Built Documentation together with transfer of proprietary rights to the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights; 2.5. Conducting training workshops for up to 10 System administrators along with the transfer of copyrights and derivative rights to works regarding training materials; 2.6.
