The delivery and handover of the transformer takes place in the following stages: 1. the seller delivers the goods no later than 31.08.2026. a and stores the goods, if necessary, until 31.12.2026. a. After the delivery of the goods, the buyer pays the seller 60% of the amount specified in clause 4.1 of the contract; 2. if necessary, the seller will transport the goods to the buyer's warehouse at Keki 5, Keila 76606, Harju county no later than 31.12.2026. After the end date of storage of the goods and/or transportation of the goods to the buyer's warehouse, the buyer pays the seller the remaining 40% of the amount specified in clause 4.1 of the contract.
