Medium speed measurement systems that meet the requirements specified in the technical specification (Annex 3 to the Terms of Purchase / Special Contract Terms and Conditions No. 1), along with its installation. The average speed measurement system must be installed in three sections: from Tunnel str. - Girstupio str. intersection to tunnel g.- Žuvinto g. intersections; From the future pl. Taikos Ave. intersection to future pl. stops (both directions after 2 lanes). The maximum volume of the services purchased is specified in the tender form (Annex 2 to the Terms of Purchase and Annex 2 of Special Terms of Agreement). II.2.5
