The subject of the order is the delivery of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive along with equipment in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 8 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order - Minimum technical and operational requirements. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive along with equipment in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 8 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order - Minimum requirements technical and utilitarian. 2. The subject of the order should meet the following requirements: a) meet all the features specified in the terms of reference. b) be new and compliant with applicable standards. c) have equipment and complete documentation technical and operational. 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit, along with the offer, a technical description of the offered vehicle, signed with a qualified electronic signature, in accordance with the content of Annex No. 8 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 4.The vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland, issued on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007, no later than on the date of technical and quality acceptance regarding the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended...
