Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Kąty in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order - Minimum requirements of the Ordering Party for a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive

2. Conductorthe subject of the order should meet the following requirements:

a) meet all the features specified in the specifications of the order conditions.

b) be new and compliant with applicable standards.

c) have equipment and complete technical and operational documentation.

d) meet the requirements arising from applicable lawsEuropean and Polish standards, and environmental protection regulations, including in particular:

1) the Road Traffic Law - (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended);

2) regulations of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products used to ensurepublic safety or protection of health, life or property, as well as the rules for granting approval for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended);

3) regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31 2002 on technical conditions of vehicles and scopetheir necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 32, item 262, as amended);

4) regulation of the Ministers of: Interior and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of March 22, 2019 on the registration of special vehicles and used for special purposes by the Police, Be Agency...
