Purchase of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle (GBA), category III The subject of the order is the purchase of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle (GBA) category III in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. Subject of the order should meet the following requirements: a) meet all the features specified in the tender specifications. b) be new and compliant with applicable standards. c) have a complete set of technical and operational documentation. The Ordering Party declares that the funds which it intends to use to finance the order are public funds within the meaning of the Act of August 17, 2009. about public finances that the Ordering Party applied for. The Ordering Party also informs that it reserves the right to invalidation of proceedings pursuant to Art. 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law in the event of failure to grant the Ordering Party funds for its implementation.
