1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through the GAD Fund/Office of the RHU - CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Pesos Only (₱ 1, 499, 916.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Medicines - RHU Office, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00028G-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Maria now invites bids for Purchase of Medicines - RHU Office, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00028G-2026. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
