MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC
INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF MEDICINES
1) The Municipality of Bontoc, through the General Fund CY. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Thirty- Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty- Four Pesos and Thirty-Two Centavos (Php5, 333, 924.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (45) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
