1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY2026 Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen Pesos (PhP 999, 918.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project PURCHASE OF MEDICINE FOR YAKAP located at Brgy. Poblacion, Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project PURCHASE OF MEDICINE FOR YAKAP of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project worth at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
