PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand and Four Hundred Pesos Php 259, 400.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City now invites bids for the Purchase of Medical Supplies. Delivery of Goods is 7 days.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
