The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment for the Radiotherapy Department. Procedure is divided into 3 parts: 1) Purchase of a patient transport system for brachytherapy applications, 2) Purchase of dosimetric equipment with dosimetric software, 3) Purchase of gynecological applicators 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order included was included in Annexes No. 2-4 to the SWZ Price and Technical Form. The subject of task no. 1 is the purchase of a patient transport system for brachyreapy applications. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Form price and technical information for task no. 1. Year of production of the system: 2026. The subject of the order should have a CE certificate. A complete patient positioning and transfer system designed to support, position and move patients as needed procedures including MRI magnetic resonance imaging and CT computed tomography. The subject of the order in part no. 2 is the purchase of dosimetric equipment with dosimetric software.
