Task No. 1 Task no. 2 Task no. 3 Subject the order is "Purchase of medical equipment divided into tasks under the project entitled "Development of cardiology services by equipping the Wolski Hospital" - a project co-financed by the European Fund under the National Reconstruction and Reconstruction Plan Increasing Immunity - II. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - technical and operational specification for each task separately. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order are specified in the template the contract and the technical and operational specification constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2a to the SWZ, respectively. 7.
