The subject of the order is "Purchase of medical equipment in division into tasks within the project entitled "Development of cardiology services by equipping the Wolski Hospital" - a project co-financed by the European Fund under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan. Detailed description subject of the order, includes Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - technical and operational specification for each task separately. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the order are specified in the contract template and specifications technical and operational constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2a to the SWZ, respectively.7.
