The subject of the order is the purchase of medical equipment and modernization of the existing AW Server under: AGREEMENT No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0037/25/KPO/406/2026/97 for support from the development plan for the project "Improvement of the quality of cardiac care poprzez doposażenie Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego im. Stanisław Rybicki in Skierniewice with modern medical equipment and apparatus" implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality health care system” Investment D1.1.1 “Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities” A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1B-5B to the SWZ - List of parameters technical (according to the Package) and Annex No. 3 and 3A to the SWZ (according to the Package) - draft provisions of the contract.
