The subject of the order is the implementation of the following sentence: "Purchase of medical equipment and furniture" under the agreement to provide support from the development plan for the Project entitled: "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz, as OK III within the KSK, in order to improving the availability and quality of cardiac care" implemented under Agreement No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0372/25/KPO/305/2025/523 for support from the development plan for the project "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of the Central Hospital Clinical University of Lodz as OK III within the KSK, in order to improve the availability and quality of cardiac care" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the system health care” Investment D1.1.1 “Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities”. 2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the order, details of the implementation of the subject of the order etc., are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order - Technical Parameters (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"). 3. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the OFFER, in particular, Annex No. 2 to SWZ - OPZ - Technical parameters completed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 4.
