Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, commissioning of medical devices, beds with equipment and training of employees in the use of this equipment. The medical equipment offered by the Contractor must have valid permits for use in Poland - in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended) and have appropriate declarations of conformity (CE certificates). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Attachment. 1A-1 to 1A-11 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as Annex 1A to the SWZ). This description should be read with any changes resulting from, for example, the answers provided. 2.
