Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical apparatus for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. (ENT units, bronchofiberoscope, video track with flexible endoscopes, drilling drives, echocardiograph, ultrasound apparatus).

2. The order of the contract has been divided into seven parts.

3. Detailed description of the subject Orders specifying the requirements of the Employer and quantity are included in Annex 3 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor, by completing the items indicated in the position in this attachment, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Employer.

4. The performance of the subject of the contract is determined by draft contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.

5. The order items must be complete, with a high standard, both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.

6. The order items must be admitted to the market and use in accordance with applicable law.

7. The order of the contract must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws 2012.974 of 2022.05.09), if the contracting authority requires the offer to offer an assortment constituting a medical product.

8. All records of SWZ and its attachments, in which the Employer refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the Public Procurement Law later ....
