The subject of the contract is: Purchase apparatus and medical equipment as part of the grant project No. FENx.06.01-IP.03-0001/23 under the name "Support for primary healthcare (item)", implemented under the European Funds program for infrastructure, climate, environment 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Fund Regional development, implemented on the basis of contract No. FENx.06.01-IP.03-0001/23-00/1374/2024/17 concluded on 27.03.2024 between the State Treasury-Minister of Health and the National Health Fund.
