INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF MDRRM OFFICE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
1) The Local Government Unit - Dolores, through the 70% MDRRM Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php1, 258, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of MDRRM Office Facilities and Equipment /PB-G-26-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit - Dolores now invites bids for Purchase of MDRRRM Office Facilities and Equipment using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
