1) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only Php 755, 550.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for the Upgrading/Improvement of EV Waterworks System (Salintubig, Inungga, Dita, ADM 2017, A2019, AM 2020 and Ponong Source). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
