1) The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Sixty Seven Pesos and 50/100 (Php274, 067.50), Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for the Repair/ Improvement of Comfort Rooms for TLE Learners with Project ID No. 2025-58-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Magdiwang, now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
