1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 1, 432, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT (GOODS 2607-023-Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT (GOODS 2607-023-Rebid). Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 Calendar Days from receipt of Purchase Order.
