Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL ROAD
1) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos Only Php 596, 730.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Municipal Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, now invites bids for Purchase of Materials for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Municipal Road using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required by 10 CD from the Issuance of the Notice To Proceed/Purchase. Bidders should have completed, at least one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
