1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CLARO M. RECTO, FERROL, ROMBLON, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 315, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF COVERED COURT FROM 20% OF DEVELOPMENT FUND of Barangay Claro M. Recto, Ferrol, Romblon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CLARO M. RECTO, FERROL,
ROMBLON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
