PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests to send a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform the tenderer who submitted the most advantageous offer that cannot be rejected about the need to submit a declaration constituting Annex 1 to the procedure, signed in accordance with the representation. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: 1) The unit price includes transport costs. 2) The offer is valid for 30 days from the end of the procedure. 3) Delivery to PKP LHS sp. z o. o. is required. Warehouse Group in Zamość Bortatycze, Wysokie 3, 22-400 Zamość. 4) Required payment deadline is at least 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice and goods. 5) The product range that is the subject of the offer must be covered by at least a 12-month warranty period.6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the procedure without giving reasons.7) By submitting the offer, the detailed terms and conditions of the order specified in the order template constituting an annex to the procedure are accepted.8) After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party may demand from the Seller who submitted the most advantageous...
