The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of materials for the task: Purchase of materials for the modernization and expansion of the water supply and sewage network1. Materials will be ordered successively and are to be delivered within 48 hours of placing the order. via e-mail to the headquarters of Przedsiębiorstwo Usug Komunalnych w Lipno Sp. z o. o., at the Contractor's expense (for lots worth over PLN 2, 000 gross).2. Purchases will be made successively until December 31, 2023.3. The purchase of each batch of material will be preceded order, specifying the diameter, length and class of the pipes.4. The quantities given are estimates. The ordering party allows for the purchase of smaller quantities of individual materials.5. The Ordering Party allows for an increase in the order of individual products within permissible limits supplementary orders.6. Delivery of material at the supplier's expense in the case of orders with a value exceeding PLN 2, 000 gross.
