1. The Barangay Government of Conrazon-Bids and Award Committee, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through the continuing and current budget of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (284, 100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of Solar Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
