For the purchase of materials for Installation of Solar Lights at Barangay Salcedo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro.
1. The Barangay Salcedo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro, through the Barangay Approved Supplemental Budget No. 1 of 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWHO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRT PESON being the approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Installation of Solar Lights at Barangay Salcedo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Salcedo now invites bid for the Installation of Solar Lights at Barangay Salcedo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using noon- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR)...
