1) The Municipality of Compostela, through the Annual Fund (LSB Fund CY 2026) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (P1, 464, 420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for the Installation of Solar Energy Systems in Various Schools in the Compostela East District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
