INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of materials for Improvement of Salay Baywalk (Phase-1)
1. The Local Government Unit of Salay, through the 20% LGDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Nine pesos only (Php. 855, 849.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials for Improvement of Salay Baywalk (Phase-1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Salay now invites bids for the above Purchase of materials for materials for Improvement of Salay Baywalk (Phase-1). Delivery of the Goods is required by 30CD. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
